MakeOG (“the Service”) is an AI-powered Open Graph image generation platform operated at makeog.com. The Service allows users to submit a URL, analyze the target webpage for brand signals and content, and generate a 1200×630 Open Graph preview image using artificial intelligence. The Service is provided by Nano Banana (“we”, “us”, “our”).
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Submit URLs that host or link to illegal, harmful, or abusive content
- Attempt to use the Service for server-side request forgery (SSRF), port scanning, or probing internal networks
- Abuse the Service through automated bulk requests, scraping, or spamming beyond your plan limits
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying AI models or generation pipeline
- Use the Service to generate images that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
4. API Usage and Fair Use
The Service offers usage tiers with defined generation limits. Free accounts are subject to a limited number of generations per month. Paid plans provide higher limits as described on our pricing page. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if we detect usage patterns that are abusive, excessive, or inconsistent with fair use. API access is subject to rate limits that may vary by plan.
5. Intellectual Property
Images generated through the Service are owned by you, the user. You may use generated images for any lawful purpose, including commercial use. We do not claim ownership over the images you generate. However, we retain all rights to the Service itself, including its design, code, AI models, prompts, and generation pipeline. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service itself.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Generated images are created by artificial intelligence and may not perfectly represent the target webpage's brand, content, or visual identity. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated image. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall MakeOG, its operators, affiliates, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, or extended periods of inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, providing additional notice (such as via email or an in-app notification).
